Following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions. If you have a question that is not provided below, or would like to submit a comment, please email us, or call 800-242-6461.

  1. If you forgot your password, you can have it emailed to you by following the simple prompts on the log-in screen.

    1.     Go to log-in

    2.     Click on the Forgot your password link

    3.     Enter your User ID

    4.     An email containing a temporary password will be sent to the address on file

    5.   Log-in using your temporary password

    6.   To change your password to your preference, click on your name in the top right corner, next to the "log out" link.

    7.   Type your new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes, then click save. Remember, passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number

  3. If you forgot both your user ID and password, call 1(800)242-6461 or email orders@valleybakers.com. We will locate your user ID by searching our database by your email address or first and last name. In order to maintain your security, we don’t actually keep your password on file. We are able to reset your password to something generic, then you can go into the self-service account maintenance tool on our website and set your preferred password. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive, and must be at least 6 characters and contain at least 1 number and 1 letter.

  4. When you are a Member of Valley, you get a profit share distribution every year. Part of this reward goes to you directly in cash and part is put into your long-term Patronage Certificate Amounts. Customers must do $25,000 in annual purchases from Valley and be in good financial standings to qualify for Membership. Please contact your Account Manager to learn about the full benefits that come with Membership and how to sign up.

  5. As a Member/Owner of Valley you and your employees can take advantage of any of the offerings through Savings Direct by clicking on the offer links and completing the required form.   6. Valley is currently linking the My Valley site to a pre-existing COA site. If you were previously using Valley’s COA site, continue to utilize the username and password as you have in the past. If you have not accessed this in the past, but would like to, please contact Customer Service to get set up. Call 1(800)242-6461 or email mail@valleybakers.com.

  7. If you forgot your user ID, please call 1(800)242-6461 or email orders@valleybakers.com and one of our customer service representatives will locate your User ID by searching our database by your company name, email address, or first and last name.

    2. After you sign in, Click on your name located in the top right corner, next to the "log out" link

  9. Can't find what you need in our catalog? Your Company offers many custom services including special ordering, wire striping, custom cut terminals, and more. For more detail, call our Sales Department at 800-555-1234 or email sales@yourcompany.com and a representative may be able to source what you're looking for.

  10. Samples are available on some products.  Contact your Account Manager to request samples.  If you are unsure of who your Account Manager is, call 1(800)242-6461 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or email inquiries to mail@valleybakers.com.

  11. Customer Signature on deliveries or pickups certifies all product was received in good order unless noted by the driver.  All frozen/refrigerated goods must be refused at time of delivery to receive credit.  Dry goods/non-food items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and returned in original packaging in resalable condition.  Do not write on the box.  Special Order/Pre Order items cannot be canceled or returned after shipping from Valley’s suppliers.

  12.
